Daisy Chain | 'Daisy Chain' is a personal photographic series of etched prints about birth, loss and the cycle of life. My mother is the figure in the photographs, and the etchings are from her diary entries in 1983 when she lost her own mother to ovarian cancer at the age of 20. With the use of flowers, water and blood, this series speaks about death and life as being of the same, as one goes another comes. There is darkness but there is always hope. www.biancaforte.com
